Galvanized sheet is a kind of galvanized sheet produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with cold rolled steel strip as the base plate.



Galvanized sheet products are mainly used in construction, light industry, automobile, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, commerce and other industries. The construction industry is mainly used to manufacture anti-corrosion roof panels and roof gratings for industrial and civil buildings; In light industry, it is used to manufacture household appliance shells, civil chimneys, kitchen appliances, etc. In automobile industry, it is mainly used to manufacture corrosion resistant parts of cars, etc; Agriculture, animal husbandry and fishery are mainly used as food storage and transportation, frozen processing tools for meat and aquatic products, etc; It is mainly used for the storage and transportation of materials and packaging tools.



Classification and use



According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:



a) Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. The thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously dipped in the bath with melted zinc to make galvanized steel plate;



b) Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after being out of the tank, so that it can form an alloy coating of zinc and iron. The galvanized sheet has good coating tightness and weldability;



c) Electro galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating has good processability. However, the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet;



d) Single side and double side differential galvanized steel sheets. Single side galvanized steel plate, that is, products that are galvanized only on one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, anti rust treatment, processing, etc. In order to overcome the disadvantage that one side is not coated with zinc, another kind of galvanized sheet is coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided galvanized sheet;



e) Alloy and composite galvanized steel sheet. It is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy or composite plated steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has the rust resistance of * *, but also has good painting performance.



In addition to the above five types, there are also colored galvanized steel sheets, printed galvanized steel sheets, PVC laminated galvanized steel sheets, etc. However, hot dip galvanized sheet is still commonly used.



Galvanized steel sheet can be divided into galvanized steel sheet for general use, roof use, building side panel use, structure use, tile ridge plate use, stretching use and deep drawing use.



Galvanized sheet refers to cold rolled sheet or hot rolled sheet as the base plate, on which zinc layer with zinc content not less than 97% is plated.

Cold rolled coils, including plates and coils, are made of hot rolled coils and rolled below the recrystallization temperature at room temperature. Many domestic steel plants, such as Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel and Ansteel, can produce them. The sheet delivered is called steel plate, also called box plate or flat plate; Long and delivered in coils are called steel strips, also called coils.

Cold rolling is the rolling under recrystallization, but it is generally understood as the rolling using materials rolled at room temperature. Aluminum cold rolling is divided into plate rolling and foil rolling. Those with a thickness of more than 0.15~are called plates, and those with a thickness of less than 0.15~are called foils. In Europe and America, 3~6 continuous mills are used as cold rolling equipment

Production process:

Due to no heating during the production process, there is no such defects as pitting and scale that often occur in hot rolling, and the surface quality is good and the finish is high. Moreover, the dimension precision of cold rolled products is high, and the properties and structures of products can meet some special requirements, such as electromagnetic properties, deep drawing properties, etc.

Specification: 0.2-4mm thick, 600-2000mm wide, 1200-6000mm long steel plate.

Performance: It mainly adopts low carbon steel, which requires good cold bending and welding performance, as well as certain stamping performance.
