1. Non-alloy hot-dip galvanized steel strip

DC5XD series: can be used for general use, can also be used for deep punch, bite.The higher the zinc content, the better the anticorrosion performance.The smaller the amount of surface galvanized, the better the processing performance.

SXXXGD series: can be used for structure, it has good machining performance and anti-corrosion performance.

HXXXPD+Z series: includes low alloy steel, phosphorous steel and hardened steel.

2, alloy hot dip galvanized steel belt

DCXXD+ZF series: can be used for structure, stamping and cold forming.The galvanized sheet of this kind of material has more superior welding performance and coating performance, but it is very easy to produce stripping in the process of processing.

Classification of galvanized sheet:

1, alloy galvanized steel plate: the hot dip production of steel plate, with good welding and compact performance.

2, hot gold galvanized steel plate: this is the surface attached to a thin layer of zinc thin steel plate, its production process for continuous zinc.

3, electric galvanized steel plate: galvanized steel plate by the way of electricity, but this way of zinc plating is relatively thin, corrosion resistance is poor.

4, single-sided galvanized steel plate: only on the one side of the steel plate coated with zinc, whether it is used for processing, painting or welding, adaptability is better than double-sided galvanized steel plate.

5, double-sided galvanized steel sheet: single-sided galvanized steel sheet still has some shortcomings, in order to overcome these shortcomings, will also be coated on the other side of the steel plate on a thin layer of zinc, this is double-sided galvanized steel sheet.

6, composite galvanized steel plate: the internal material in addition to pure steel, there are lead, aluminum and other metal composite and conform to the steel plate, and then on the surface of a layer of zinc plating.This kind of steel plate has better anti-rust performance and better coating performance.
