1、 Development history




• in 1742, melomin, a Frenchman, successfully studied the hot dip galvanizing method



• in 1836, French Sorel applied the hot-dip galvanizing method to industrial production



• in 1837, the British H. W. grawford obtained the patent of flux hot dip galvanizing (single sheet galvanizing)



• in 1935, American T. Sendzimir proposed the continuous hot dip galvanizing of strip steel by shielding gas reduction method, commonly known as "senjimir method"



• the first continuous hot dip galvanizing line was built in the United States in 1937 and patented in 1938



• in 1979, China's first continuous hot dip galvanizing unit was put into operation in Wuhan (improved Sendzimir method)

Galvanized steel plate is a welded steel plate with hot-dip or electro galvanized coating on the surface. It is widely used in purlins, floor bearing plates, granaries, three-dimensional garages, air ducts, household appliances, automobiles, color coated coil substrates, etc.

1、 Development history




• launched by Bethlehem Steel in the late 1960s



• first commercial production in 1972



• in 1986, BHP Australia purchased relevant patents and technologies (now renamed bosg)



• in 1986, South Korea United iron and steel built an aluminum zinc plating production line



• in 1997, Taiwan Yihui began to produce aluminum zinc plated steel plates



• in 2004, Baosteel began to produce aluminum zinc plated steel plates




2、 Use




Aluminum zinc plated steel plate is an alloy coated steel plate with aluminum zinc alloy covering treatment on the surface of the steel plate, which is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at 600 ℃. Its whole structure is composed of aluminum iron silicon zinc to form dense quaternary junction crystals. Aluminized zinc steel plate (aluminized zinc, aluminized zinc plate, aluminized zinc coil plate, aluminized zinc steel plate) is widely used in roofs, side walls, electrical cabinets, agriculture, vending machines, household appliances, automobiles, color coated substrates, etc.
